Asource is a unique AI-service that automatically ensures that your all supplier invoices always complies with the contract and that manage dispute process with secured receipt from each supplier..

The Asource concept is developed in close collaboration with some of Sweden’s largest enterprises. The result is a technical innovation of Accounts Payable that changes the perspective to consider the needs of the invoice sender to solve the receiver’s problems. The final product is a truly touchless invoice stream were the compliant invoices are sent directly for payment.

The solution is activated between the senders and receivers ERP systems and can be installed as a cloud or on-premises solution. No system-plugin or accounts are needed on the senders side as access is granted just-in-time whenever the need arises. The service activates and digitizes the invoice policy in a direct sense. It allows dynamic configuration of an extensible rule-set utilized to ensure a 100% policy on your terms.
